
Palacio means 'Palace' in Latin. Monsieur Olivier Jauze, owner of the restaurant, first came to Malaysia two years
ago with a dream of introducing authentic Southern French and Spanish cuisine to Malaysian palates with reasonable
pricing. His dream came true in April 2005 with the opening of Palacio Restaurant.
Palacio is the perfect place to share a tasty dinner among friends in a cozy ambiance or to simply chill out with
some tapas and a glass of sangria!
At Palacio, you can enjoy delicious French and Spanish specialties in one of our 3 ambiances: experience a fine
dinner on the 1st floor, chill out in Palacio's cozy tapas bar on the ground floor or enjoy sunshine in the
Palacio front garden!
Spanish Cuisine
For lovers of Spanish food, we offer a large range of original Tapas, created by our accomplished French Chef Nico.
As a starter or a snack, tapas must be shared with your friends! You might also be tempted to indulge our famous
Royal Seafood Paella, a traditional Spanish specialty from East of Spain, composed of saffron rice with various
vegetables and seafood.
French Cuisine
In order to provide a real culinary experience, Chef Nico created his famous ''Trios'', a combination of French
Specialties cooked in three different styles. The Trio of France serves duck with foie gras, tenderloin with boursin
sauce and lamb cutlets with vigneronne sauce with a side of provencal vegetables. There is also the Trio of Seafood
which serves grilled prawns, salmon mango and cod Barcelona. Connoisseurs will appreciate Palacio's true signature
dishes: the Trio of Escargot and the Trio of Foie Gras, whose exquisite taste can't be described.
Wine
Palacio's wine cellar is stocked with the most sophisticated and refined collection of French and Spanish wine.
There is however a few hidden bottles of Australian and Italian wines too. To complete the picture, Palacio
also has a great selection of cigars to complement the wine.
