There is now one more reason to go to Asian Heritage Row, but only
if you rank among the trendiest party people in the city.
For the city's party animals, the place to be seen in this season is
Heritage Mansion, a newly opened swanky black, white and gold fashion
mansion, cafe and clubbing scene.
It is located at 18-26, Jalan Kamunting, the street parallel to Asian
Heritage Row and right behind Atrium.
It offers a relaxed atmosphere on weekdays, pumping action on weekends
while catering to a relaxed laid back Sunday crowd.
Entrance to the Mansion is by invitation only. The gatekeepers will
see to it that only the club's clientele get to enter.
These include the social elite, movers and shakers, fashionistas,
models and celebrities, fashion designers, professionals, graphic
and interior designers, artists, singers, corporate entrepreneurs
and well dressed beautiful people.
This exclusivity provides the trendy crowd a chance to be served by
their very own butler and Frenchmaid.
Jalan Kamunting where the Mansion is located was once lined by homes
and offices of famous property tycoons. With the opening of the Mansion,
the street will soon be rebranded Heritage Avenue.
Heritage Mansion will be the anchor of this new lifestyle row,
according to Asian Heritage Row found and CEO William Ng, who is
also the brains behind the exclusive club.
"Hugh Hefner made the Playboy Mansion a sensation. We will make
Heritage Mansion the talk of the town in the fashion, social and
lifestyle scene" said Ng.
"The aim of the Heritage Mansion is to provide a different kind
of space for the social scene. To date, there is no F&B entertainment
venue in town with such exclusivity where customers can rest assured
that they can have a good time in a trendy hang-out with good vibes
and stylish people."
The heart of the Mansion is the Fashion Bar. Action takes place on
the dance floor with "Back to house" music on Friday nights and
"Rock The House" music on Saturday nights.
Every Wednesday is Models' Night where female and male models get
special F&B privileges with their Fashion Express membership.
Upstairs is the Mansion's Master Lounge, a special area for VIP
member to use as a chatterbox lounge and a fashion gallery.
Heritage Mansion has handpicked 500 of the who's who in the fashion,
jet-setting and social scene crowd to be invited to become a member
of the Mansion.
The Heritage Mansion also caters to different dining needs.
The courtyard, dubbed the Heritage Garden, serves as the Super Happy
Hour area of the Mansion. It is perfect for after-work drinks, complete
with live acoustic performances and comedies on Wednesdays and Fridays.
Every second Thursday of the month, the crowd will be entertained
to funk disco music.
Sundays are for families and the sophisticated crowd who do not go
out on Friday or Saturday nights any more. The brunch starts at noon
with barbecue.
The early Sunday Brunch is designed to be the leader of the Sunday
chill out place-to-be, when the Mansion will be open from noon to 11pm.
The Dining Parlor offers a delightful selection of fusion and original
Asian cuisine daily to tantalise different taste buds, prepared by
different celebrity chefs on Saturday or Sunday.
Heritage Mansion will open up membership application at a fee. These
applications will be closely screened and approved by the management.
Non-members will be given the opportunity to check out the Mansion
with the one-month preview pass given out till the end of 2007.
